Target public :

Professionals of the social sector : integration, vocational training, social workers, workers with missions of social and vocational integration.


Goals :

provide competence in the practical use of services network (Municipality welfare, Training and labor centres, local employment agencies, regional employment missions)

- Identify the impact of workers ‘ personal experiences on analytical and interaction capacities with the users

- Use concepts of psychology, sociology and psychiatry at the service of social and vocational integration- Detecting early warning signals to stop the process of de-socialization- Develop an intervention plan appropriate to each situation

- Update knowledge in social legislation to ensure job coaching

– Providing professionals with new skills coaching techniques with issues towards employment

– To work on the social and professional skills.
