Networking practices to strengthen local social cohesion

Target public :

Workers implied in the working dynamics in network in particular in the coordinations for the social cohesion (which recovers all the domains aimed by the access at the fundamental rights: help and social welfare, health, accommodation, employment, education, level of incomes, cultural and social blooming.

NB. The training leans on analyses of fictitious situations, works in sous - groups and theoretical index cards.


Goals :

- To identify and appropriate the concept of social cohesion, its final goal (the well-being citizen of each), the recommended methodology (the partnership action) coresponsible for all the public and deprived actors the partners being as well public authorities (among which the local powers), companies, associative circles, users and citizens) and the basic conditions. (Values, links, shared knowledge)

- Identify the various types of networks which can join this strategy and confer or develop the skills of the actors to optimize the resources of these networks

- Identify the various levels of intervention in network (institutional, services, individualized) by analyzing the opportunities of congruence between them.

- Identify the impact of the personal lived of the workers on the capacities of analysis and interaction with the users as well as the potential obstacles, as regards facilitating a harmonious location of these networks
