Charter of European partnership

I - General principles

  1. Respect of human rights.
  2. Equality of opportunity.
  3. Respect of minorities.
  4. Respect of cultural identities.
  5. Fight against discrimination and violence.
  6. Respect of organisation specificities guaranteeing non inferences.
  7. Increase the well being at work and operational and organizational quality of the structures.
  8. Build a European culture of quality and knowledge.

II- Principle of cooperation

  1. Construction of Europe in a progressive, tolerant way, with real concern for improvement, and mutual pedagogy
  2. Commitment in the European construction
  3. Setting up networks between organizations based on contractual and durable partnerships with mutual obligations and with the aim of building integrated social, cultural, training projects …
  4. Capitalize cultural, scientific, political resources, …
  5. Building a quality culture for the workers of the concerned sectors

III- Engagement

  1. Rigour in the respect of the agreed principles on the purposes, the means, the planning, the realization
  2. Commitment to the culture for quality
  3. Rigour to do « what we say »
  4. A close of retreat or of not renewal could be introduced in case of non compliance with these principles
