IEFC - Annual Work programme 2009. IEFC activities planned for the year 2009 are as follows :
Action 1 :
After a preparation period, IEFC coordinator invites the partnership and users groups of the hosting country in early 2009, to attend a 3day transnational meeting for approval and preparation on the joint actions in 2009 including at least:

All along help, advice, expertise, logistics and support by IEFC to support the partners
Action 3 :
Production of a manual on the internal resources - directory of resources, technical and human resources of the partners, skills, their strengths and weaknesses, network of trainers, of train the trainers
Action 4 :
Updating and adherence to quality operating procedures and charters of the network
Action 5 :
Internal communication : exchange of information - IEFC / partners feedback and reporting, - regular newsletters on the life of the network
Action 6 :
Dissemination: timing and organization of the training modules available by the partners according to priorities, adequacy, and relevance of the partners needs
Action 7 :
Satisfaction Rating: : questionnaires to get feedback in order to update the contents of the trainings, and submitted to training participants, to users organizations and/or to beneficiaries of prevention services or support given by the partners
Action 8 :
Choice of actions to be undertaken in order to update the training contents based on the evaluation/satisfaction survey, and according to priorities, adequacy, and relevance of the needs of the partners network
Action 9 :
Introduction of accreditation files - accreditation / recognition – of the training modules as vocational training by national authorities responsible for employment and vocational training
Action 10 :
Bilingual website – in English and translated into the language of the partners, in connection with the partners’ website ;
Action 11 :
A European joint information and awareness activities in Lithuania and Poland
Action 12 :
Lobbying, awareness raising activities and participation at relevant local, regional, national and European level whenever
Action 13 :
New tracks of collaboration for new training issues and submission to call for tenders, for European cooperation projects
Action 14 :
Search for network expansion
Action 15 :
General assembly of IEFC members - evaluation of the year, and preparing the future strategy
Action 16 :
Administrative and financial management, closure of accounts and reporting towards partners and subsidizing authorities
This only concerns the activities of the network, partners ‘associations remain autonomous in their national and international actions other than those for which they are grouped in the network, assuming they adhere to the same targets by the very nature of their adhesion to the network.
